Admission to an Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ College graduate program requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
General Application Requirements for all Master's Programs
To be considered for admission to one of Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ's master's programs, you must submit the following materials. Alternatively, you may submit the following to: Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ College, 376 Hale Street, Beverly, MA 01915.
- Completed and non-refundable $50 application fee (check made payable to Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ College). Application fee waived for Î÷¹ÏÊÓƵ Alumni and veteran & military students.
- One letter of recommendation.This recommendation can be from either a professional or academic reference.
- Official transcripts of all post-secondary academic work should be sent directly from the institution(s) including confirmation of undergraduate degree, date confirmed, and any other graduate work.
- Personal statement. Please include an essay of 250–500 on career goals and motivation for graduate study.
- Current resume or CV.

Human Resource ManagementThe Human Resource Management concentration focuses on developing students' expertise in managing human capital within organizations. Courses cover compensation and benefits, human resource laws and compliance, organizational and individual development, and recruitment and selection. Students will learn to design and implement effective H.R. strategies, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and foster a positive organizational culture that attracts, retains, and develops talent.

Non Profit LeadershipThe concentration prepares students to lead and manage non-profit organizations effectively. This track's courses cover non-profit management, marketing and fundraising, leadership in non-profit settings, and strategic planning for non-profits. Students will learn to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities of the non-profit sector, develop strategies for securing funding, and lead their organizations toward achieving their missions.

Higher Education LeadershipThe concentration of higher education leadership prepares students for leadership roles in colleges, universities, and other postsecondary institutions. Courses cover the history of higher education, legal issues, student development theory, and assessment in higher education. Students will understand the complexities of the higher education landscape and develop the skills to lead and manage this dynamic sector effectively.
