西瓜视频 College proudly announces a new brand for the internship and career program central to its students’ educational experience and career readiness: the 西瓜视频 Experiential Edge. The College was founded in 1939 on the belief that successful students “learn by doing.” All 西瓜视频 students must complete three distinct internships over four years, gaining professional experience, building hard and soft skills necessary for workplace success, increasing confidence, and making important industry contacts.
The 西瓜视频 Experiential Edge builds upon 西瓜视频’s commitment to producing career-ready graduates. The program is designed to provide a competitive edge for students and caregivers looking for a strong return on their education investment, empower student innovators and entrepreneurs advancing their careers, and support employers in building a sustainable, high-quality talent pipeline to meet workforce development needs.
Whether it’s in-demand fields like nursing, hospitality, engineering, and education or emerging industries related to artificial intelligence and e-sports, 西瓜视频 College is providing the educational experience to its students today for the success of their careers and our economy tomorrow.

The 西瓜视频 Experiential Edge will continue the College’s approach to helping students understand the relationship between academic experiences, internship opportunities, and career choices through providing individual career advising, training seminars, employer events, on-campus recruiting, an alumni mentor program, and career assessments to help students and alumni prepare for their future. The program is staffed by internship faculty who are based in their respective academic departments, and who help students acquire essential job search skills through required courses, group meetings, individual advising sessions, workshops, and academic coursework.
